24 Weeks of General Conference Study Guide

Two weeks ago we had the opportunity to listen to inspired messages from the leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Conference weekend is something that I look forward to and always enjoy. I don’t always get to listen to the talks as much or as attentively as I would like, so I do my best to read/listen to the talks after General Conference is over. For several years now I have created and shared an LDS General Conference Study Guide to help study the General Conference talks. I previously shared these on my old site, Little LDS Ideas. Today I am sharing my 24 Weeks of General Conference Study Sheet for the April 2020 General Conference talks.

I like to call this General Conference Study Guide: 24 Weeks of General Conference. There are approximately 24 weeks until the October General Conference, and we have been asked to study the General Conference talks until we hear from our beloved leaders again.

Back in 2013, I decided that studying them by topic might be a great way to study, so I created a printable to help do just that. So many people enjoyed my 24 Weeks of General Conference, so I have kept it a tradition and have created a new sheet for each General Conference. I have missed the last couple of conferences, but I wanted to start up again since several people have asked me about my study sheets.

24 Weeks of General Conference

My printable is a weekly study guide. There are two sheets that include 24 weeks (12 weeks per page).  Simply start at week 1 and go until you reach week 24! Choose a topic and write it in the week that you’re on. Once the week is over, choose a new topic and write it in the next space. There are only 16 topics, but some of the topics include several talks. For the topics that include 4 or more talks, I recommend studying that topic for 2-3 weeks.

I like to choose a specific day of the week to pick a new topic. Sunday is usually the best day to do this for me because there isn’t too much going on, but you might choose a Monday or another day of the week. No matter what day you decide, just find what works best for you, and then stick with it.

Are you ready to study the April 2020 General Conference talks over the next 24 weeks? You can print out my printable using the link below. I have linked to my printable below.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day!
